Power Edge Pro instructors progress through five certification tiers. Each level reflects training depth, mentorship hours, and the kinds of programming an instructor is qualified to deliver.
Foundational PEP-certified instructor.
TODO: real copy from PEP. Level 1 instructors have completed the introductory PEP curriculum and are qualified to deliver entry-level skating skill sessions for youth and recreational players.
Intermediate PEP-certified instructor.
TODO: real copy from PEP. Level 2 instructors deliver intermediate PEP programming with a focus on edge work, agility, and individual skill development for competitive minor and junior players.
Advanced PEP-certified instructor.
TODO: real copy from PEP. Level 3 instructors deliver advanced programming including position-specific power skating and high-performance development sessions for elite junior and college-bound athletes.
Senior PEP-certified instructor.
TODO: real copy from PEP. Level 4 instructors are recognised regional leaders authorised to host clinics, evaluate Level 1–2 candidates, and run multi-day camps across the PEP network.
Top tier — trains and certifies other PEP instructors.
TODO: real copy from PEP. Master Trainers are the senior-most instructors in the PEP network. They develop curriculum, train and certify Level 1–4 candidates, and lead the highest-tier development camps including pro and NHL-affiliated programming.
